<p><b><u>8.00 CHANGES IN THE BOARD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL</u></b></p><p> A simple majority vote of the full membership of the Board may revise, amend, add, or delete provisions within the Policies and Procedures Manual at any official meeting, provided such proposed changes shall have been presented at a previous meeting at which a quorum was present, and further, provided a written copy of the proposed changes had been provided each member of the Board at least fifteen (15) days prior to the time that official action is taken.</p>
