<p><b><u>2.1.12 Officers of the Board </u></b></p><p>a. The officers of the Board shall be a chairman and a vice-chairman. </p><p>b. The officers of the Board, Chairman and Vice-Chairman, shall be elected for a term of two years. The term of office of the chairman and vice-chairman are to be limited to no more than two years. </p><p>c. Officers of the Board may be removed from office by a vote of two-thirds of the total membership of the Board.</p>
