<p><b><u>4.3 Community Service Programs </u></b></p><p> a. The College Board shall be alert to the need for community service programs and shall advise the president concerning such need. </p><p> b. The College Board may delegate to the Academic and Student Affairs Committee the authority to approve community service programs, upon recommendation by the president. </p><p> c. The College Board shall be provided an annual report and evaluation of community service programs.</p>
