Service Review for Facilities

Service Review Framework & Criteria

I. Information:

1) Please provide a description of any changes to the services under review since the last cycle and the appropriate updates to the catalog. In addition, include any location, personnel, and personnel role changes, as well as additions, losses, or modifications to the types of services offered.

There are no changes.

2) How do students or employees engage the service(s)? Please provide examples of activities, marketing materials, or other outreach and engagement examples designed to inform students or employees of the service.

Each building is assigned a designated Building Requester. Employees (or students) may call, email, or speak to the Requestor concerning any Housekeeping, Security/Police, or Maintainance request/issue. The Requestor will enter a detailed description into a workorder system refered to as Schooldude. The workorders are routed through the system to the appropriate departments. All requests are routed through the Facilities Directors office for record. Requests can also be made directly to the Facilities Director.

IV. Forecast:

1) How do personnel in this service area plan to address weaker areas throughout the next review cycle for both, the strategic plan and student/employee satisfaction?

2) What changes are expected in this service area (major expenditures, changes, personnel needs, future costs)?

Additional personnel will be needed as PHCC expands it Welding program. The MET II is scheduled for partial renovation to house the program. The MET I and II are not currently staffed with dedicated Security or Housekeeping personnel. An additional officer and one additional housekeeping person will be sufficicient for proper care and coverage of the MET. An additional maintenance/HVAC person may be required to "stay on top" of items campus wide.

3) Any other pertinent information relevant to the review process should be provided here (e.g. community need, state/federal requirements, external accreditation, budgetary issues, etc.)
