Workforce, Economic, and Community Development at Patrick & Henry Community College offers tuition assistance opportunities to students seeking workforce credentials. Supportive services are also available for qualifying students. In the following pages you will be asked questions necessary to apply for these opportunities. You must answer each question fully and to the best of your knowledge to determine eligibility. Only fully completed applications will be reviewed or considered. All required documentation must be included with the submission of this application. Students must meet college admission requirements and tuition assistance program eligibility to be considered for these opportunities. Students must also meet with the FastForward Career Coach prior to enrollment. The most appropriate tuition assistance program(s) will be selected for you, based on the information provided. Please note, if under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete this application on your behalf and accompany the applicant to the FastForward Career Coach meeting.
